Better representation for the people of South Perth
Does the two-party domination of our political system create the most effective representation? We believe elected officials should truly understand and champion the issues that matter most to us.
Created by a handful of residents, just like you, we are concerned about whether members of either major political party can truly represent our concerns. We’re fostering inclusive, spin-free conversations to ensure that every voice is heard and valued. We are using the model established by the Community Independents Project to guide us.
By connecting directly with our neighbours, we're working towards a future where our state Member of Parliament genuinely reflects the diverse needs and values of our community.
Voices of South Perth is a community-driven group,
united by a desire for genuine representation for
the state electorate of South Perth.
We do this by:
Advocating for the issues that you tell us are important to you
Representing your views to our elected representative
Finding & championing a local independent candidate
